WPS | Library

The library is at the centre of the school’s academic programs. Our school has a fully equipped library with a collection of more than 5000 books, reference materials, CDs, magazines, journals, and newspapers. The library can accommodate more than 40 users at a time and follows an open access system where books are classified and shelved according to the Dewey Decimal Classification.

Library Rules

All students, teachers, and non-teaching staff are members of the library.
No personal belongings like bags and textbooks allowed inside the library.
Enter your name and sign in the entrance register at the counter.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the library premises.
Food and drinks are not allowed.
Maintain silence and discipline inside the library.
Reference materials are to be read only in the library.
Books can be borrowed for a limited time as per the rules.
Penalty of Rs. 5 per day for late returns.
Lost or damaged books must be replaced or paid for (twice the price).
